Returns & Refunds
We hope you are happy with your purchase but we understand that sometimes things aren't as expected.
We will accept any product back for a full refund if you change your mind within seven days from the day after delivery is made. Goods should be with their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Of course, if the product is faulty we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out or a full refund to be issued.
As with delivery, we like to get issues resolved quickly, so you can be confident we'll be on the case as soon as you get in touch.
Please contact us before returning an item so that we can make it go as smoothly as possible. All items returned to our warehouse need a returns number. If your item is returned without this number it can delay the exchange/refund process.
