If you want your lights to be on all evenings during ''November'' and ''December'' (61 days) for lets say 8 hours a day (488 hours in total) it will only cost you 35p!
Please note the lights now do have a memory function and will remember the setting once turned off. The memory will not work when plugged into a ''timer'', when using a ''timer'' the lights will revert back to the factory settings each time. The easiest way to ensure your lights look great is to turn off each night manually or using a remote controlled socket - available from most DIY/Electronic shops.
* Daily running costs are based on the lights turned on for 8 hours and a kW of electricity above market rate at 12p.

We have had to add a delivery cost to BT postcodes due to the increasing costs passed on from our carriers. Even with the charges added above we still do not cover the costs of sending orders into Northern Ireland.

"When will I receive my order?"
As part of our mission statement we aim to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. Most orders placed before 4pm are shipped the very same working day. (If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday and choose express delivery at checkout, your order should be delivered on the Monday*) Currently we use DPD & DHL to deliver parcels and Royal Mail for smaller items.
If the item is over-sized and may need to arrive on a pallet, we will contact you to make suitable delivery arrangements.
When your order is dispatched we will automatically email you with the dispatch method and full tracking details (if applicable).
If your delivery is urgent please call our sales line, as we may be able to offer a faster delivery option. This includes weekend deliveries (an extra charge will be incurred on timed deliveries). Tel: 01226 388889.
"How will it be delivered?"
Most of our orders are sent via DPD/DHL and full tracking details are emailed on the night before delivery will be made. These tracking details will show detailed scans from your parcel along its journey and also display estimated delivery times.

Please note that prior to delivery any duty and local taxes will need to be paid. All items are shipped duty and tax unpaid.
When placing an order please ensure the delivery address is correct and a contact number is given as this information is needed when we submit customs information for the order.

Please note that if an item is to be delivered by a pallet, the pallet company will call you to book in the delivery date. Pallet deliveries are to the Kerbside only.
"Will I need to be in when my order arrives?"
Ideally yes, but if you happen to be out you can manage your delivery via the courier tracking (Includes leave in a safe place, with neighbour or select a different delivery day). Delivery comments/instructions can be made at the final stage of the order process.
If you miss delivery, our courier will automatically attempt to re-deliver the next day or leave a card through your door, allowing you to re-arrange the delivery on a day to suit.
