Bespoke Christmas Design and Site Survey Service

If you require a new lighting or props display, then as part of our bespoke service we offer we can meet with you* to discuss your requirements with a free no obligation site survey visit where we will take photographs with measurement information. As part of this service, we can then produce in house visual designs which will show you how your display will look in situ. *(Terms and conditions apply.)

The Process 

The Brief 

Any call or visit to us on the commercial side of the business is managed by our very own Display Specialist – Louise who will be your main point of contact.  She will talk in depth with you to ensure we meet all your criteria. She can also make suggestions for products that would work not only aesthetically, but within your budget.  

The final stage is to do research to source the best product and supply a no obligation quotation – keeping you updated all the way through. From then on, she will work with you closely to ensure we have supplied you with what you require.  

Site visit 

If you require a full design concept, then Louise can arrange a site visit to meet you at your convenience, to discuss further your requirements. During the site survey information such as sufficient electrical supply and any obvious obstacles is gathered and then photographs, and measurements are taken.  

Design  

The penultimate step is to design a concept using the site visit information. Our in-house designers will then work closely with Louise to create visuals to demonstrate how your display will look in situ. 

Quotation 

Along with the visuals you will be provided with a detailed quotation. It can either be for a one-off quote or a combination of different options. Whatever choice you would require - we will do our best to accommodate you.
