|How much do you charge for delivery?
|Standard delivery is free on orders £50 and over. Less than £50 we charge £3.99 and also offer a popular next day service for £5.99.
|Where are you based?
|We are in the heart of Yorkshire (Barnsley) and ship all our items from the UK.
|When are your phone lines open from?
|We are open 7 days a week, we extend our times during peak periods. Monday- Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday-Sunday 8am- 5pm.
|Do you have a shop we can visit?
|I'm afraid we are online based and at this time do not have a shop. Orders cannot be collected due to health and safety concerns.
|Do you deliver outside the UK?
|At this moment no, but we are looking to try and have European shipping options in place as soon as possible.
|Which couriers do you use?
|We use a mix of couriers including: DPD, DHL, EVRi and Royal Mail. When your order is dispatched you will be sent full tracking information
|Do you offer a weekend delivery?
|Yes, if a weekend delivery is available it will show you the options and costs at the checkout.
|What payment options do you offer?
|We take most major payment cards including this year the option to pay for your order in 3 installments using Klarna Pay.
|What guarantee do your products come with?
|Our Everland trees come with a 10 year guarantee and all other items a standard 1 year warranty.
