How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free on orders £30 and over. For orders less than £30 we charge £3.99 for delivery.
Where are you based?
Our warehouse is based in the heart of Yorkshire (Barnsley) and we ship all our items from the UK.
Do you have a shop we can visit?
We don't have a showroom or in-person shop and are based solely online. If you have any questions about our products, don't hesitate to contact our friendly customer care team.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to some locations including the Shetland Islands, Isle of Man, Wight, Channel Islands, ROI, Europe or International. If you were interested in using a UK mainland based freight forwarding company, you could use their details as your delivery address and arrange onward shipping from there.
Which couriers do you use?
We use a range of different couriers for our items, predominantly using Evri or DPD to deliver orders. Other couriers include DX, DHL, APC, to name a few!
Do you offer a weekend delivery?
Our delivery agreement runs Monday-Friday, meaning we aren't able to guarantee deliveries over the weekend, however couriers can often deliver orders across the weekend should they have the availability to do so.
What guarantee do your products come with?
All our products come with a full 12-month warranty, this starts from the date of purchase. Should any issues arise with your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
