Over the course of this week I have had cause to deal with Georgia, Joanne and Sarah and I had to write to say that you are blessed to have them working in your organisation they are a credit to you. As a headteacher I deal with companies on a daily basis and I have to say the vast majority couldn’t hold a torch to these three ladies, their manner is so friendly and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them, they genuinely believe in going that extra mile for customer satisfaction. I want to thank them for their professional but caring attention to my issue with the snowing snowman, that they moved heaven and earth to solve and happily did so in time for our party on Saturday.

I placed an order on Friday afternoon & was amazed when the ‘postie’ rang the doorbell on Saturday morning with the package 👍all of the delivery instructions in case I wasn’t at home were clearly labelled on the box.
