Damaged or Faulty Returns

What if my item is faulty or arrived damaged?

Useful information about your return

• If your item has arrived damaged please let us know within 30 days of your order delivery.
• If your item develops a fault within the first 30 days from delivery we can look to replace or refund the item.
• If your item develops a fault after 30 days we are unable to issue a refund but are able to offer a replacement/repair for the length of your warranty.
