"How much do you charge for delivery?"
We try and keep our delivery options easy to understand.

For delivery to Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands please check shipping costs and delivery time scales at the checkout.
We have had to add a delivery cost to BT postcodes due to the increasing costs passed on from our carriers. Even with the charges added above we still do not cover the costs of sending orders into Northern Ireland.
*If you place a standard next day delivery order on Friday before order cut off this will be delivered on Monday. For weekend delivery please use the Saturday/Sunday options when checking out.
**Saturday and Sunday is to UK mainland postcodes. This excludes business addresses and the Scottish Highlands, Islands, IOW and IOM.

"When will I receive my order?"
As part of our mission statement we aim to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible.
Most orders placed before 4pm are shipped the very same working day. (To get your order on a Saturday please select Saturday Delivery at the checkout. To get your order on a Sunday please select Sunday Delivery at the checkout. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday and choose express delivery at checkout, your order should be delivered on the Monday with DPD***) Currently we use DPD to deliver parcels and Royal Mail/Evri (formally Hermes) for smaller items.
If the item is over-sized and may need to arrive on a pallet, we will contact you to make suitable delivery arrangements.
When your order is dispatched we will automatically email you with the dispatch method and full tracking details (if applicable).
"How will it be delivered?"
Most of our orders are sent via DPD and full tracking details are emailed on the night before delivery will be made. These tracking details will show detailed scans from your parcel along its journey and also display estimated delivery times.
Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail/Evri and should be with you within a couple of days.
If an item is to be delivered via pallet, we will email you on the date of despatch to provide you with a delivery update. Please note that pallet deliveries are to the nearest kerbside only.
"Will I need to be in when my order arrives?"
Ideally yes, but if you happen to be out you can manage your delivery via the courier tracking (includes leave in a safe place, with neighbour or select a different delivery day). Delivery comments/instructions can be made at the final stage of the order process.
If you miss your delivery, our courier will automatically attempt to re-deliver the next day or leave a card through your door, allowing you to re-arrange the delivery on a day to suit you.
