Returns Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Any charged outgoing postage will be refunded to a maximum of £3.99.
If you change your mind and want to keep the goods there is no need to contact us, your returns number will automatically expire.
If returning goods these remain your responsibility until delivered back to our warehouse.
If the goods are not returned in a resaleable condition we may reduce the amount refunded or reject the return.
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible or within a maximum of 14 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 working days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that we normally require any original items to be returned back to us before we are able to issue a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Christmas sweets and chocolates) We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (This includes Christmas snow spray). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We aim to issue refunds within 14 days from receipt of the returned item(s).
